When one of Pakistan’s most beloved morning show hosts visits your clinic, it’s an opportunity to share expertise, dispel myths, and showcase what makes aesthetic care truly transformative.

A Special Guest from Karachi

“Thank you so much, Dr. Amna. Your reputation has reached all the way to Karachi,” said Nida Yasir as she stepped into our Islamabad clinic. “Fazila Qazi, Rubina Ashraf, Laila – everyone who comes on my show and has visited you, I see their skin and I think, ‘I need to go too!'”

For those who don’t know Nida Yasir, she’s the face Pakistan wakes up to every morning – a television personality whose influence spans the country. Having her trust us with her skincare concerns and take the time to explore our facilities was both an honor and a validation of the work we do every single day.

The Philosophy That Brings Clients from Across Pakistan

More Than Just Treatments: Building Trust

“Our entire focus is on delivering reality,” Dr. Amna explained during the visit. “No filters, nothing artificial. We’re working, we’re doing a job, and it should give you results.”

This philosophy has built something remarkable. From a single clinic in Wah Cantt to five branches across the twin cities – and now expanding to other cities – the growth has been organic, driven entirely by client satisfaction and word-of-mouth referrals.

Nida was curious: “How do you manage all these branches? So much staff, so many locations – how do you divide your days?”

Dr. Amna’s answer was simple: “I’m blessed to have a great team who works with the same enthusiasm I have. My team is hand-picked – our co-founders, technicians, everyone is enthusiastic about delivering results. We train our team regularly because in aesthetics, that clinical touch can sometimes get lost.”

A Tour Through Excellence: What Impressed Our Guest

The Clinic Environment

“When I entered your clinic, it felt so clean and organized,” Nida shared. “I’ve visited other places, but the level of cleanliness I saw here – everything about it – I haven’t seen that elsewhere.”

This observation touched on something Dr. Amna considers non-negotiable: “There is no perfect word for me. It’s always about improving. Today we have one goal, tomorrow it’s new, the day after it’s new again. And Alhamdulillah, I’m blessed with super women who are heading our branches and keeping really nice checks on every single thing – starting from hygiene to delivery of services, delivery of results, keeping a check on technicians so that no complaints come.”

Welcome Feedback, Embrace Growth

“We always welcome complaints,” Dr. Amna emphasized. “People are often afraid to tell us because they think we’ll feel bad. But I always appreciate whatever feedback comes because I believe criticism is always building you better, taking you to newer heights.”

This openness to feedback, combined with a constant eye on global developments, keeps the clinic at the forefront. “When we travel, we look at what’s happening in the world. Whatever speed the world is moving at, we try to match that pace. Pakistan might be moving at its own speed, but our effort is to stay aligned with international standards.”

The Real Talk: Nida’s Skincare Concerns

Daily Makeup and Skin Maintenance

“Technology keeps changing – every month, every year, every day something new comes along,” Nida began. “For so many years now, I’ve had daily makeup. Obviously, no matter what anyone says, makeup has chemicals, and they do affect the skin.”

Despite her concerns, Dr. Amna was quick to reassure her: “Your skin is shining, it’s looking beautiful. You must be taking good care of your skin.”

The Products That Work

Nida shared her current routine with genuine enthusiasm:

Morning Routine:

  • AMELLE sunscreen + primer combination (“It saves so much time in the morning! Sunscreen and primer both done.”)
  • AMELLE serum

Night Routine:

  • AMELLE Youth Potion night cream
  • AMELLE hand cream (kept in her purse for on-set touch-ups)

“I’m a bit lazy,” Nida admitted with a laugh. “I keep saying, ‘If only someone could give me a magic lamp so I don’t have to apply four to six things at night.’ That’s why this night cream works perfectly for me.”

Dr. Amna validated her choices: “This is a very trusted brand for me also. I really like their product range. Their ideology of having multiple benefits in one product – lightening, sun protection, hydration all in their products – whether it’s hand, feet, body products, I have a really good experience with all of this.”

The Professional Insight: “I think the products you’re using are working really well on your skin. That’s why your skin is looking great. Their night cream has a bit of retinol, and their day products have Vitamin C for brightening. As long as it suits you, it’s great for you.”

Addressing Aesthetic Concerns: The Consultation

Skin Tightness and Glow

“I had severe acne when I was younger,” Nida revealed. “I took Roaccutane 22 years ago, which cleared it up. But now, with daily makeup and everything, I sometimes feel like when my pores are visible or I haven’t slept enough, I need some skin tightening and glow.”

Dr. Amna’s honest assessment: “I really appreciate that you’re looking after your skin very well because your skin looks nice and tight. I don’t know your age, but still, if we look at you, your skin is really well-kept.”

The Treatment Recommendation: Sylfirm X

For Nida’s specific concerns, Dr. Amna recommended Sylfirm X microneedling RF – but not before explaining why it’s different from what most people know.

Important Distinction: Not All Microneedling is Equal

“There are types of microneedling,” Dr. Amna explained carefully. “What many people know is derma pen treatment or derma roller. To me, it’s the worst treatment to have on Asian skin type 4 and 5.”

Why?

  • When you roll or stamp, it slightly rips the skin
  • This tearing causes inflammation
  • Combined with intense sun exposure and skin type 4-5, it leads to pigmentation
  • Out of 100 patients who’ve had derma roller or derma pen, maybe only one or two won’t have pigmentation issues

What Makes Sylfirm X Different:

  • No rubbing or abrading of the skin
  • Stamps precisely without tearing
  • Latest technology (more advanced than Scarlet, the older platform)
  • Treats melasma, scarring, skin lifting, and the most difficult area – periorbital wrinkles (around the eyes)

(A comparative study proved that Sylfirm X results over elastin production, collagen induction, pigmentation, scar improvement, skin tightening, and hair fall were amazing compared to other devices available)

Expected Results and Downtime

“If I get it done on Friday, rest Saturday and Sunday, can I do my show on Monday?” Nida asked practically.

“Yes,” Dr. Amna assured her. “With microneedling RF devices, there’s not much downtime. After the treatment, your skin will be red for three to four hours. After that, you wash your face and you’re fine. You can go out in the sun, but with sunblock applied beforehand.”

What to Expect:

  • Slight dryness for 4-5 days
  • Use good moisturizer and primer before makeup during this period
  • Visible results include: glow, acne scar reduction, pore minimization, skin tightening, fine line reduction, non-toxin brow lift

The Technology Deep Dive: What’s Available

Beyond Traditional Facials

The conversation turned to treatments available at the clinic, and Nida was eager to learn about everything beyond the standard offerings.

The Signature: Platinum Facial A comprehensive treatment combining:

  • Hydra facial
  • Charcoal facial
  • Cryo facial (cooling air at -40 degrees that shrinks pores for immediate results before events)

“If you want long-term results and you’re planning to manage your skin, go for microneedling. But if you need quick results and have an event in three to four days, microneedling results take two to three weeks, so you can choose facials instead,” Dr. Amna explained.

The Exosome Revolution

One of the most exciting parts of the conversation was about exosomes – a treatment that’s been gaining global attention.

What Are Exosomes? “Think of it as an advanced technology of PRP,” Dr. Amna explained. “With PRP, we take your blood and inject growth factors to rejuvenate skin or reverse aging changes. But instead of needing 8-12 PRP sessions, one exosome session can deliver those end-product cells in booster doses.”

For Hair:

  • Much more effective than multiple PRP sessions
  • Fewer sessions needed
  • Better, longer-lasting results
  • Works for hair thinning and hair fall

For Skin:

  • Can be combined with microneedling
  • Delivers comprehensive rejuvenation
  • Requires fewer treatments than traditional methods

The Glutathione Question

“What about those drips? The glutathione ones?” Nida asked.

Dr. Amna’s honest answer: “I have a difference of opinion on this. If you want glutathione as an antioxidant, go ahead. But our clients think glutathione is for becoming fair. It does bring a glare and glow to your skin, but to reach that glow you’re imagining requires a lot of injections. It carries a price tag.”

The Reality:

  • 2-3 injections can give you glow and glare as an antioxidant
  • For significant skin tone change: skin type 1-2 needs 2-3 injections, skin type 3-4 needs 6-8, skin type 4-5 needs plenty of injections
  • Better to manage expectations and use combination treatments
  • When combined with other treatments (like charcoal facial, Q-switch), results are more realistic

Hair Transplants: Breaking It Down for Women

Nida asked the question many women wonder about: “How do hair transplants work for women? Where do you shave?”

The Female-Friendly Approach: “We partially shave a patch at the back and cover it with the length of the remaining hair. We extract from there and then implant in the front or along the partition line,” Dr. Amna explained.

But Here’s the Important Part: “If you just have a receding hairline or widening of partition lines, you don’t need a transplant. PRP, exosomes, or microneedling RF like Sylfirm X work beautifully for widening partition lines and receding hairlines. These treatments can completely fix it.”

Why International Clients Choose Pakistan

One of the most touching parts of the conversation was when Dr. Amna shared feedback from international clients.

“We have a global online platform. Clients from the UK, USA, different ethnicities consult with us. They send reviews saying they had months of treatment in the UK, USA, or UAE from doctors of different ethnicities, but when they consulted with us online, they got better results.”

Why? “We were born and raised with these skins. Our training is focused on them, and when we see 250-300 patients daily, all dealing with these same skin types, you develop an experience over time. Doing the same work all day, every day, builds expertise.”

Product Selection Matters: “Many European brands came to Pakistan and then disappeared because they don’t work on our skins. Products made for Asian skin, keeping Asian skin type in mind – those work. That’s why I’m also a fan of AMELLE, because it’s an Asian brand made for your skin.”

The Trust Factor: What Makes Dr. Amna Different

“What’s the reason for Dr. Amna’s popularity? What treatment brings people from so far?” Nida asked directly.

Dr. Amna’s answer was immediate: “It’s not the treatment, it’s the trust they come to us for.”

The Clinic is Not a Shop

“From day one, our principle has been – and will continue to be Insha’Allah – that when a patient comes to the clinic, the clinic is a clinic, it’s not a shop. You can’t come and buy things.”

The Example: “Let’s say someone comes and says, ‘I came to get Botox today.’ That patient is a patient – they should be treated as one. Maybe they don’t need Botox. So we tell them, ‘Brother, you don’t need Botox. Why do you want to get it?'”

“Later, we find out they only knew the name Botox. They didn’t know what Botox is for. Many people say, ‘Oh, just put Botox instead of fillers!’ Yesterday in my OPD, I had four patients, and after the whole consultation, I realized they asked me, ‘Doctor Amna, what’s the difference between Botox and filler?’ Then I got to know that even after telling this much, my patients weren’t clear on the difference between Botox and filler.”

The Responsibility of Distance

“Yesterday, we had patients from Rahim Yar Khan, Bahawalpur, Balochistan, Kot – it takes a whole day journey from where they start to where they reach us. Our responsibility becomes multiple folds. We reply to them so responsibly that every single piece of advice we give them only benefits them.”

The Home-Like Atmosphere

“It also feels very homely,” Nida observed. “People relate – it feels like they’ve come to their cousin’s place.”

“That’s more of my passion towards my field,” Dr. Amna explained. “I’ve always loved doing whatever I’m doing. I really like it. I never get tired. This is why I’m planning to open more branches. And the appreciation we get from our clients, the happiness – when patients come back and say, ‘Doctor Saab, it was amazing!’ For example, someone living with melasma for the past 10 years…”

“And if you talk about the medical field, it’s very grateful when we can improve someone’s quality of life. They tell us their quality of life was so bad – their husband wouldn’t let them attend parties because of facial hair, or they stopped going out because they were embarrassed. Their social confidence was lost – whether it’s melasma, baldness, or anything else. When that confidence comes back, the pleasure we get from that is more than anything else.”

The Planning Session: Nida’s Treatment Plan

At the end of the consultation, Dr. Amna recommended a practical approach for Nida’s busy schedule:

This Visit (Weekend Available):

  • Platinum Facial for immediate glow, tightness, and evening out skin tone
  • No downtime, perfect before her Monday show

Next Visit (When More Time Available):

  • Sylfirm X microneedling RF with skin boosters or exosomes
  • Slight dryness for 2-4 days
  • Long-term results for skin tightening, pore reduction, and anti-aging

The Takeaway: Excellence Accessible to All

What made Nida Yasir’s visit special wasn’t just the celebrity connection – it was the genuine exchange of information, the honest consultation, and the demonstration that world-class aesthetic care isn’t about hype or trends. It’s about expertise, ethical practice, and real results.

“Whether you’re a celebrity or not, we want you to look and feel like one when you come to us,” Dr. Amna always says. This visit perfectly embodied that promise.

As Nida prepared to leave, she said, “It was lovely. I gained so much knowledge.”

“It was lovely for us too,” Dr. Amna replied warmly. “It’s such a huge honor that you came from Karachi. We really appreciate that you spared time, traveling from Karachi, coming here. It was really great.”

“I’ll give you a tour of the other branches too!” Dr. Amna promised.

“Absolutely! Insha’Allah, we’ll meet again,” Nida smiled.
