How does Scarlet RF work?

Scarlet RF uses microneedles to deliver radiofrequency energy into the subdermal tissue. These microneedles function as electrodes, emitting precisely controlled RF energy into the dermis at varying depths to generate heat, stimulate collagen and elastin production, and promote skin rejuvenation. Treatment depth, energy and mode are set according to the indication being treated. The treatments are highly convenient and tailored to individual needs.

What happens during the procedure?

Topical numb cream is applied before the treatment to ensure patient’s comfort. Once the numbing takes effect, the skin is thoroughly cleaned, and the treatment is started. The Scarlet handpiece, with 25 golden microneedles, is passed over the treatment area in a gentle stamping motion. One session typically lasts 30 minutes for the face.

When will the results be visible?

Patients may notice immediate skin tightening effects following their procedure. However, results of enhanced collagen production and dermal remodeling become more visible over time. The most significant improvements will gradually emerge within a span of two to three months. At least 3 sessions are required for optimal results.

Aftercare instructions for Scarlet RF treatment:

Basic skincare is all that is needed in the days following the procedure. It is recommended to avoid applying makeup for 24 hours after treatment. Ensure strict sun protection immediately after the treatment.
